All about Ayurveda or Ayurvedic Massage: introduction, techniques, and types of ayurvedic massage ( Udvarthanam, Njavarakizhi, Marma, Abhyangam, & More).

Introduction to Ayurvedic Massage

Ayurveda massage can be applied only under the supervision of a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner. Otherwise, they may give no or negative results.

Before you come to therapy, check if your chosen therapists are certified and where. Many tourists went to fake therapists and returned home with burns, allergies, and other problems.

In Ayurveda, there is a strict procedure, a system. It is known exactly in which situations in which patients a certain type of massage is used in combination with a certain type of diet and plants.

The skill of an Ayurvedic practitioner is to tailor the therapy to a particular patient as a single whole. That is why Ayurveda massages are different from the others and are determined separately for each patient
