NJAVARAKIZHI – njavara is a type of rice and kizhi means bags made by an Ayurvedic practitioner himself. Mukhalepam is a facial massage in several stages that gives the effect of tightening the skin, deep regeneration, raising the tone of the face and gives the skin a glow. After a few treatments, wrinkles are significantly reduced. You use massage with saffron paste and other medicinal herbs. Finally, a mask is applied. SHIRODHARA – “shiro” means head and “dhara” means a continuous stream of any liquid. It is a massage in which dredged herbal oils, milk with medicinal plants are applied for 40 minutes in a period of 7 days to 14. This therapy is exceptional for stimulating the pineal gland.
